250	g	Noodles
2	piece(s)	Ripe avocados
2	piece(s)	Garlic cloves
2	teaspoon(s)	Lemon juice
50	ml	Olive oil
		Parmesan cheese
30	g	Basil leaves
		Salt
		Pepper

Cook the pasta until it is soft, yet still has a chew according to the instructions on the packet while you prepare the sauce.
Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop them.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
Place the avocado flesh in a bowl or food processor, then add garlic, basil leaves, and lemon juice.
Puree until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add oil and blend again until fully incorporated and silky.
Once al dente, drain the pasta using a sieve.
Add the drained pasta to a pan and stir it together with the avocado sauce.
Arrange the avocado pasta on two plates and top with fresh basil leaves, halved cherry tomatoes, and freshly grated parmesan.
