Spaghetti with salmon and basil & lemon pesto

| 200 | g | fresh salmon |

Preparation
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
Meanwhile, cut the salmon into 2 cm cubes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan and sear the salmon cubes for a few seconds until lightly cooked on the outside.
Drain the pasta, reserving a small cup of the cooking water. Add the spaghetti to the pan with the salmon and toss gently.
Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the Barilla PESTO Basilico e Limone, and add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce and coat the pasta evenly.
Finish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
