Medium golden yellow colour. Intense on the nose with notes of wormwood, rosemary, white flowers, some honey and fruity nuances. Pleasantly dry and vinous on the palate with notes of apple and herbs. Shows only a subtle bitterness reminiscent of almonds in the medium-long finish.
