Copenhagen

Light, refreshing and delightfully unconventional, the Sgroppino continues to inspire bartenders around the world. With Another Hendrick's Gin, the classic serve receives a contemporary interpretation that combines citrus freshness, botanical complexity and sparkling elegance.

What Is a Sgroppino?

The Sgroppino is known for its refreshing texture and vibrant flavour profile. Traditionally combining sorbet and sparkling wine, the cocktail has become a popular choice for those looking for a light and elegant serve.

Modern interpretations continue to build on this classic formula, introducing new ingredients and flavour combinations while maintaining the cocktail's refreshing character.

The Another Hendrick's Interpretation

Another Hendrick's Gin brings a distinctive botanical profile to the cocktail. Combined with lemon and cucumber sorbet, sparkling wine and a touch of cream, the result is a serve that balances freshness, texture and complexity.

The combination creates a cocktail that feels both indulgent and refreshing, making it suitable as an aperitif, a palate cleanser or a light after-dinner drink.

 A Cocktail for Curious Palates

Combining bright citrus notes, refreshing cucumber and the botanical character of Another Hendrick's Gin, the Sgroppino demonstrates how classic serves can be reimagined through a contemporary lens.
