The Sgroppino
A refreshing twist on the Venetian classic, combining Another Hendrick’s Gin, lemon and cucumber sorbet, and sparkling Prosecco.

| 35 | ml | Another Hendrick's Gin |
| 35 | g | Lemon & cucumber sorbet |
| 5 | ml | Double cream |
| 50 | ml | Prosecco |
| 1 | slice | Cucumber slice |
| 1 | slice | Orange coin |
Preparation
Step 1
Add Another Hendrick’s Gin, sorbet, double cream and 25 ml of Prosecco to a mixing bowl.
Step 2
Whisk until the sorbet is fully incorporated and the mixture becomes smooth and airy.
Step 3
Pour into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and top with the remaining 25 ml of Prosecco.
Step 4
Garnish with a cucumber slice and an orange coin.
