Damiano’s interpretation of the Venetian classic balances citrus freshness, creamy texture and delicate complexity with gin, kombucha and lemon sherbet.

Ingredients (1 servings)
40 ml Another Hendrick's Gin
50 ml Elderflower Kombucha
2 ball Lemon Sherbet
2-3 Tropfen Olive Oil
10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice (optional)

Preparation

Shake all ingredients until the sherbet has fully dissolved. Serve chilled and garnish with a few drops of olive oil.
