| 40 | ml | Another Hendrick's Gin |
| 50 | ml | Elderflower Kombucha |
| 2 | ball | Lemon Sherbet |
| 2-3 | Tropfen | Olive Oil |
| 10 | ml | Fresh Lemon Juice (optional) |
Shake all ingredients until the sherbet has fully dissolved. Serve chilled and garnish with a few drops of olive oil.
