Sgroppino by Dado

Cocktail

A playful take on the Venetian classic, combining gin, ginger sake and lemon sorbet with a splash of IPA or sparkling wine. Refreshing, approachable and full of character.

Ingredients (1 servings)
2 cl Another Hendrick's Gin
1 cl Ginger Sake
1 ball Lemon Sorbet
1 dash IPA or Sparkling Wine

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a spindle tin and blend for 30 seconds. Pour a small amount of sparkling wine or IPA into a glass and gently pour the Sgroppino on top. Stir carefully to combine the ingredients evenly without creating too much foam.
