A sparkling fruit wine made from the Ingrid Marie apple variety and summer berries. Salmon pink in the glass with notes of apple, pineapple, citrus, red currant and some cassis on the nose. The palate has crisp acidity enveloped by a suitable residual sweetness. Beautiful mousse, long finish.
