Light brown with grey reflections. Independent nose, intense sherry notes, combined with herbal nuances, some orange zest. Slightly fruity and very harmonious on the palate with interesting flavours of ripe sherry notes and nuances of herbal extracts. A gripping bitterness that provides freshness. Coffee notes on the long finish.
