Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very fresh and vibrant nose with lemongrass notes. The distinctive juniper character is supported with sweet fruit. At first the palate offers plenty of fruit characters, then comes a surprising chilli spice kick before the slightly salty finish.
