Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose rather floral; candied violets and light tobacco. On the palate some sweet vanilla, tobacco again, then spicy components take over. Grapefruit in the aftertaste.
