Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

On the nose are leathery scents, like an eau-de-cologne. Tobacco and cocoa resonates. More mild on the palate than expected, orange and cocoa bean are evident. Mint on the fresh finish.
