Vecchio Amaro del Capo vereinigt eine Vielzahl an typisch kalabresischen Kräutern, Blüten, Früchten und Wurzeln: Orange, Süßholz, Kamille, Mandarine und Wacholder. Der Aufguss erfolgt direkt nach der Ernte, um die frischen Aromen und organoleptischen Bestandteile einer jeden Zutat zu bewahren. Vecchio Amaro del Capo überzeugt mit seinem zarten, aromatischen Geschmack, der auch den Gaumen schmeichelt, die ihn noch nicht kennen (Amaro bedeutet bitter im Italienischen). Genießen Sie Vecchio Amaro del Capo als Digestif nach dem Essen oder als Shot, aber immer eiskalt (wir empfehlen etwa -20 Grad Celsius), um den Geschmack und den Duft des Likörs in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Refreshing aniseed, mint, a hint of liquorice and fresh herbs define the multi-layered aroma. Complex on the palate, a fine sweetness cushions the tart notes of aniseed, mint, Mediterranean herbs and cola nut. Sweet, slightly ethereal finish.
