Massari Bitter Likör from the destillery Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori has been rated with 90 Falstaff points . It is a Liqueur / Digestive Bitters
Carmine red and with a pronounced bitter note reminiscent of orange zest and rhubarb. Very viscous when enjoyed neat, the tart-sweet character is immediately present. In the "Spritz", this provides a pleasant bitter note reminiscent of artichoke in the reverb.
