Powerful bouquet with fully ripe apple that rises out of the glass lively and slightly musty. Notes of green apple skin are recognisable, adding a slight tartness. The palate is dense, sweet and full of fruit. The apple dances powerfully on the tongue. Once again, a fine tartness is noticeable on the fruity-sweet finish.
