Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Lots of yeasty notes on the palate, brioche and slightly oxidative sherried tones. Solid in style with an extravagant interplay of aromas on the palate. Fine, wood-smoky spice and fruity wood are present until the long finish.
