Orangengeist Der Orangengeist besteht aus reifen, biologischen Orangen. Aufgrund der biologischen Qualität der Orangen können sie mit der Schale verarbeitet werden. Das macht das besondere Aroma des Geistes aus, denn die meisten ätherischen Öle sind in der Schale vorhanden. Die ganzen Orangen werden eingemaischt und danach destilliert. Nach einer Ruhephase von circa einem Jahr wird mit Urgesteinswasser auf 40% vol. alk. eingestellt. Aroma Eine besonders frische Zitrusnote mit einem hohen Anteil an ätherischen Ölen. In der Nase typische Zitrusnoten und Aromen der Orangenschale. Am Gaumen ist er noch intensiver und unverwechselbar. Servierempfehlung Das unvergleichliche Aroma erkennt man im Geist der Orange, wenn man ihn bei Raumtemperatur, zwischen 18 und 20°C, genießt.

Elegant on the nose, yet with an accurate intensity of fruit. Fresh, almost sweet on the palate, you can sense freshly pressed fruit. Great structure with a finely drawn finish. Mediterranean in a glass!
