Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is very fruity, dried pears and raisins come from the Mostello barrel. Light on the palate with a peppery spiciness. Pleasant with water, fruit loaf aromas are clearly evident.
