Carpano Bianco ist mit seinem eigenen besonderen Bouquet und Geschmack, dank der Kräuter und der Gewürze wie Zimt und der Orangenschalen der süsse italienische Wermut. Immer gekühlt serviert - auf Eis, perfekt gemischt mit Soda oder mit Prosecco. Carpano Bianco hat eine hellgelbe Farbe, ein frisches und komplexes Aroma und eine leicht erkennbare Weinnote, sowie zitrusartige und exotische Fruchtaromen. Frische Kakaobohnen und Mandeln runden das Bouquet dieses köstlichen Wermuts ab. Ein zunächst weicher und samtiger Gaumen wird durch eine komplexe Weinnote mit mineralischen Tönen abgerundet.

Tasting from 10.06.2026: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Light, medium yellow. Intensely fruity, with citrus notes and a hint of apricot, along with citrus and typical juniper notes; also has a slightly smoky character. On the palate, it is distinctly sweet, again with plenty of fruit, and after a while, clear notes of wormwood emerge. Nice length.
