The nose gives the impression of Christmas mulled wine spices and baked apples. It's fruity and tart on the palate with cinnamon and cloves on the slightly acidic finish.
More about the tastingThe aroma is characterised by a fruit compote and exudes a lively acidity. On the palate, this is buffered with a strong spiciness, which creates good tension. A hint of juniper on the finish.
