Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Quite floral on the nose, reminiscent of daisies, the juniper note gradually comes through stronger. The palate immediately develops a prominent savouriness of cumin. Tart and dry in the aftertaste.
