Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is dominated by fruity lemon, some sweetness and lemon balm. Slight spiciness on the palate, cinnamon citrus notes come through more strongly. Lean, fine dry finish.
