Old Tom Gin, Fassveredelt - unser bronzener - Zeit, ein gutes Holzfass und viel Liebe stecken in unserem Old Tom Gin - klassisch gesüsst und nach einem guten Essen einfach nur ein Hochgenuss - für die mutigen gerne auch mit einem Tonic - hier überrascht die Süffigkeit. Je nach Alterung im Fass bleibt der Gin verschieden lange im Fass und wird exklusiv in kleinen Batch-Grössen von 200 bis 250 Flaschen hergestellt - immer je nach dem wie viel das Fass für sich selber beansprucht.

Beautiful resinous spiciness on the nose, reminiscent of pine oil, certain fruity notes are also discernible as well as nuances of juniper. Very harmonious on the palate with pleasant typical sweetness, intense resinous spiciness, and a nice length.
