Gin do Montado Alentejano interpretiert die ländliche Identität des Alentejo und eines unvergleichlichen Ökosystems, des Montado. Im Landesinneren, zwischen Kork- und Steineichen, wird im Einklang mit der Natur und den Traditionen des Alentejo ein trockener Gin hergestellt, in dem die Essenzen des Landes vorherrschen. Auf den Feldern lebt der "Meister des Montado", die Pata Negra, eine Quelle der Inspiration, die entscheidend zur Erhaltung des mediterranen Ökosystems beiträgt. Für die Herstellung werden ausschließlich biologische Pflanzen verwendet, von Kork über Eicheln bis hin zu Johannisbrot, die geerntet und destilliert und später wieder in das Ökosystem integriert werden, um das Gleichgewicht der Natur zu erhalten. Diese perfekte Symbiose zwischen der Natur, der Alchemie der Aromen und dem Herstellungsprozess schafft einen ökologischen Kreislauf von der Ernte bis zur Flasche. Rather earthy on the nose with hints of roasted almonds, juniper and subtle citrus. Pleasantly soft on the palate with juniper and cooling herbs. The finish is again rather nutty.
