A gentle smoky note emerges from the glass, accompanied by dried fruit, nuances of seaweed, malt, oak and vanilla. The palate has a good balance of smoke, subtle sweetness of dried, dark fruit, slight saltiness and pronounced savouriness. The finish brings more smoke, and a hint of mango. It finishes dry and slightly salty.
