Tasting from 20.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, David Penker, Fryd Gerold, Roland Graf, Daniel Ulicny, Andreas Portz

There is a great deal of complexity on the nose, with wormwood, redcurrant, vanilla and honey closely interwoven. On the palate, there are initially very berryish notes before the savouriness is pleasantly added.
