Complex, fruity nose with notes of redcurrant, wormwood and savoury botanicals. The palate is also quite berry at first, then nuances of vanilla and a light, savoury honey sweetness come to the fore. In the middle section, the tart herbs unfold and the typical wormwood herb provides a harmonious bitterness. The finish is fruity and delicately tart.
