Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

An almost classic nose with fragrant, intense wood tones and caramel notes. Surprisingly mild on the palate, even a little restrained. Again, pine cones in the finish.
