Der Muscat Bleu ist eine sehr aromatische Varietät und bestens geeignet im biologischen Landbau. Die Trauben stammen aus Stetten. Eindrücklich widerspiegelt sich in diesem Traubenbrand der ausgeprägte Charakter der aromatischen, blauen Beeren mit ihrem typischen Muskatton. Für diese Sonderedition Nr. 11.1 durfte der Muscat Bleu Traubenbrand 2019 für 11 Monate im Muscat Bleu Maische-Holzfass aus der Ernte 2021 ruhen. Das Besondere an der Maische-Holzfasslagerung? Wir nennen es "süsstrocken".

Rather savoury grape brandy notes, some mash, plus nuances of vanilla, floral notes more in the background. Soft and harmonious on the palate with some spicy notes. Pleasantly grapey in the finish. Very long-lasting.
