Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Light nose with typical nuances of barley malt and filigree maltiness. Typical, slightly grassy flavour with some green hazelnut and cereal scented in the light-bodied finish. Good drinking flow.

More about the tasting

In addition to a pleasant honey nose, there are aromas of meadow herbs, sweetish vanilla and subtle savouriness. Rather well-behaved on the palate with a delicate savoury finish.

More about the tasting

Fresh, slightly cereal-scented notes come straight to the nose, joined by a hint of roasted hazelnuts. The first sip is sweet and caramel like, with increasingly dry notes taking over.
