Tasting from 21.06.2024: Alexander Thürer, Hermann Botolen

Spicy wood and vanilla notes dominate the nose and initially also the palate. In the overall smooth mouthfeel, the cherry comes to the fore in the savoury middle section. The finish is again savoury oak, cherry and some almond.
