Tasting from 19.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, David Penker, Gerhard Wanderer, Fryd Gerold, Roland Graf, Daniel Ulicny
Mild nose with lightly toasted brown bread, cigar box and lots of wood aromas. Initially fruity on the palate, then pepper and the typical roasted aroma of rye take over. Somewhat rustic finish.
