Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The overall impression is very fruity with apricot confit and honey. There is hardly any smoke on the nose. Much more peaty on the palate, with some sweetness. Rustic finish.
