Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The first association on the nose is cinnamon, followed by soft savouriness. Creamy on the palate, again cinnamon-like, with a light pumpkin note towards the finish.
