Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Singular notes of caramelized white cabbage and some juniper lard. An overwhelming saltiness on the palate, then comes some tartness followed by hickory smoke on the finish.
