Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A basic style with pine and fresh stone pine, orangy mint resonates in the fragrance. With air, the juniper comes out stronger. Fresh on the palate with lots of savouriness, Swiss stone pine remains vivid until the echo.
