Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Vanilla, an apple fruit cuvée and lots of caramel rise pontently from the glass. Dark cherry aromas on the palate, plus liquorice and pipe tobacco. Slight pepper savouriness and some salt on the finish.
