Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

A fine harmony of wood and ripe agave rises comfortingly from the glass. Subtle peppery notes and marzipan provide complex hints. Complex mouthfeel with tobacco, fresh pepper and cinnamon. Very long finish.
