Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

As well as bergamot and tangerine, there are vibrant aromas of rosemary and thyme. It is delicate on the palate at first, but this is followed by a full range of aromatic spices, with all spice, cinnamon and licorice. Long on the finish.
