Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

There are strong savoury notes on the nose that is very reminiscent of winter gingerbread spices, accompanied by pickled pears. The same notes can be found on the palate, the overall structure is very lean. Dry, savoury finish.
