Tasting from 19.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, David Penker, Gerhard Wanderer, Fryd Gerold, Roland Graf, Daniel Ulicny

Very finely integrated tropical notes, similar to banana bread, can be found in the otherwise typical Rye nose. Toasted bread, dried pears and very complex savoury notes on the palate. Excellent, spicy finish.
