Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is full of subdued mossy notes, as well as juniper and kumquat. In the mouth comes a peppery sensation and some fine fruity physalis follows. The finish shows green pepper in brine.
