Für den Wild Child Gin aus Berlin verwenden wir wilde, von Hand gelesene Wacholderbeeren, Gin Botanicals wie Rosmarin und Koriander sowie Zitronat- Zitronen und Bergamotte aus Kalabrien. In der unverwechselbaren schwarzen Designerflasche mit markantem Logo verbirgt sich unser Wild Child Gin, der pur verkostet, ein intensives und sehr komplexes Universum verschiedenster floraler, herbaler und fruchtiger Noten eröffnet. Die behutsame traditionelle Gin Destillation sowie das weiche Wasser aus den Ausläufern des Erzgebirges geben unserem "Wilden Brand" einen weichen Kern. Der Wild Child Gin hat einen Alkoholgehalt 43,5%.

Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is reminiscent of Maraschino cherry, accompanied by resinous components. Chocolaty fruitiness with little savouriness on the palate. A chilli like spiciness is only added on the finish.
