Red-brown in colour and with a fascinatingly tart aroma - in addition to sloe and juniper, you can also smell cocoa and wormwood. Initially delicately sweet on the palate, then beautiful bitter notes à la Espressso. "Makes a great long drink", but a "match" with whisky.
