Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The strong caramel note on the nose is tinged with brioche and hints of mandarin. Lemon short bread on the palate, with woody savouriness rising towards the finish.
