Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

In addition to the caramel base note, herbs and tart quince are recognisable in the aroma. Slender attack with a light caramel sweetness, followed by a strong savoury note towards the finish. Shortbread in the aftertaste.
