Tasting from 19.11.2020: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, David Penker, Gerhard Wanderer, Fryd Gerold, Roland Graf, Daniel Ulicny

Light caramel, peppered with dried apricot, biscuit and a nice use of wood. A spicy start on the palate, then a subtle maltiness. The long finish is again savoury.
