Ripe Mirabelle plum on the nose, yellow fruit, subtly vegetal and slightly sweet. Velvety soft on the palate thanks to balanced fruit sweetness, delicate barrel aromas, ripe fruit, spicier finish and fine notes of chamomile. Medium-long finish.
