Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is reminiscent of pistachio marzipan dipped in chocolate, with scones. Slightly smoky wood on the palate, which adds subtle savouriness. Gentle, yet long-lasting finish with vanilla.
