Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Striking and with a clear juniper scent, lime zest also comes through on the "second nose" with a tart and fruity note. Pleasant round mouthfeel, almost pepper-spicy liveliness that lingers for a long time.
